Introduction

The company was founded in august 2005 by a group of people from Brande in Scandinavia who was brought together by Mr. Soren Opstrup. He has since 2003 been participating in a Danida project in Uganda with production of materials for the housing and construction business. He has forecasted that there are very good business opportunities in the housing market in Uganda due to a substantial lack in the housing supply. Blue Ocean Group is a well consolidated company with a strong financial backup and teamed up with a wide range of highly experienced and well educated people. This does not alone put us in position to live up to the obligations and services our clients are entitled to. It also gives us the resources to add value and innovation into our housing projects. 

With our broad network, technical expertise and experience from similar projects, we can in many cases contribute ideas and suggestions that make the project even better.

Private residences form most of our physical surroundings. That imposes a heavy responsibility on the construction branch. We at Blue Ocean Group take that responsibility very seriously. We cooperate with able architects and engineers and are always prepared to offer our clients several possible solutions. Once the framework of the project has been decided upon, we also take care of all the practical problems in connection with the project.

By its very nature, the construction process is extremely complex.
